Below is a list of consent applications which are currently open for you to have your say on.

Make a submission

To make a submission on any of these consent applications, there are two options:

1. Download the pdf version, complete your submission by hand and fax or post back to us
   
2. Download the Word version (provided by the Ministry for the Environment) and save it on your computer. Complete the form on your computer and email to us as an attachment.
