Northland Regional Council acknowledges the urgent need to respond to the climate change crisis and for our communities to be well prepared for the growing effects of climate change and the hazards our region faces.

Climate resilience funding is available to help our most vulnerable and in-need communities begin the process of robust planning for climate change and to ensure they are resilient and better prepared for a climate charged future.

Supporting tangata whenua led climate adaptation planning and climate resilience initiatives.
Helping to build water resilience across Te Taitokerau. Applications are currently closed but further rounds will be made available.
