Science Fair Awards

We support and sponsor the Top Energy Far North Science and Technology Fair and the Central Northland Science and Technology Fair. These events recognise and celebrate rangatahi who are focused on making a positive change for the environment.

The Northland Regional Council Environmental Excellence Award

Awarded to the project which best demonstrates a scientific approach to solving environmental concerns affecting water and/or land.

All entrants in the two science fairs are considered for this award.
