Video series: Planting to protect our taonga

This short video series follows a planting journey to protect Lake Kanono, one of Northland’s precious dune lakes on the Poutō Peninsula.

It spans from Dargaville Intermediate’s unique nursery that supplies riparian plants, to the Waikaretu Marae, to the plants’ final home on the shores of Lake Kanono and the people who have come together to make it happen.
