More than 200 people turned out recently to celebrate this year’s Whakamānawa ā Taiao - Environmental Awards’, an event dedicated to recognising kaitiakitanga in action in Te Taitokerau.  

The 47 entries highlighted the commitment and remarkable actions of so many people across Northland to help our environment thrive.
